CURTIS IS THE BEST
I called AMA because I needed a tow. Within half an hour a gentleman named Curtis called me to make sure I was okay and give me an ETA on when he'd arrive. When he did arrive he couldn't have been any more friendly and reassuring. My boyfriend called him a few hours later because we had a question about where the keys were and he had taken it upon himself to put them in the dropbox of the shop where he had towed my vehicle. Very friendly guy, awesome customer service. Wonderful experience. He should be applauded for a job well done.

THANK YOU TROY BOUTILIER
My son and I were at the local ‘dump’ and mistakenly locked ourselves out of our vehicle with my sons’ 2 year old daughter and cell phone on board. Sheer panic ensued. My son called from the office and within minutes Troy appeared with a wide grin and good old Maritime charm and superb customer service. He couldn't have been more professional and calming. Troy turned a difficult situation into a great experience and good lesson.

AMAZING SERVICE WITH HUMOUR AND A SMILE
A HUGE thank you to Kevin. He was awesome. Service on 881 within an hour of our call. He was kind, funny and handled our emergency with true professionalism! OUTSTANDING! He even offered to follow us for a few minutes to make sure we would make it to our final destination safely. He is a keeper! Outstanding service in Fort McMurray does exist!
